Buffet Brunch @ India Sizzling Fishers

Food at this restaurant is intensely flavorful, with some dishes you don't see in other Indian buffets. I recently had the lunch buffet here after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised to see that they have expanded their buffet offerings.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are on separate steam tables, with each table having about 8 choices. An employee was staffing a new "make-your-own dosa (crepe)" station. Several desserts and drinks are available. Most customers are Indian, so this restaurant must have good Indian food.
Weekend brunch costs about $20.
