It is described as:
PANDA FEST is one of the biggest outdoor Asian food festivals in the US with experiential activities, tastings, and market fairs that showcases the vibrant food, art and cultural traditions from Asia.

There are various ticket categories available. Also 3 different days and various 3 hours time slots. Since Saturdays are apparently the most popular option, those slots are $2 more.

I have purchased a Saturday 4pm ticket, but if that doesn't work for you feel free to go any time that suits you.
