In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us on Saturday, May 3rd at 9:00 AM for a refreshing walk, run, or bike ride to promote mental clarity and well-being.
We'll meet at 9:00 AM in the parking lot by the 207th St entrance, then head out on a 3.1-mile walk along the beautiful Vollmer Grove path, returning to the library. We encourage everyone to wear GREEN to show support for mental health awareness.
Afterwards, head back to the library to connect with local health and wellness businesses, ask questions, gain valuable insights, and access resources to support your mental well-being. Water and snacks will be provided.
