February Mindful Adventure on King's Highway in Makena

Aloha!

Join us for a sunset guided mindfulness walk at La Perouse!

Plan to meet a few minutes before 4:45pm by the large trail map near the lower parking lot closest to the ocean. I will be the one with the big smile asking everyone if they are here for the mindful adventure! We will return to the parking lot around 6:00pm.

What to Bring:

• sturdy shoes appropriate for walking on uneven, rocky terrain
• plenty of water
• a towel, blanket, or small packable chair for meditation on the beach
