Self Hypnosis Workshop

The class will be lecture, demonstration and group practice.
You will learn the basic mind functions, levels of the consciousness and how to recognize and properly use them. You will learn how to best use your mind to restructure existing programs and how to establish new positive programs. Each student will be guided to create a personal self hypnosis program based on their own personal goals. You will leave the class with an established format to use at home to achieve your goal. This will be a program you can adapt on your own to other goals you may have.
