Gathering for Self-Remembering (in-person)

Details

What to Expect:

These circles are not about performance or fixing yourself. They are about stepping into a space where masks can drop and truth can be spoken.
You can expect guided practices in self-inquiry, open dialogue in circle, and periods of reflective silence that allow what is real to emerge.
We’ll explore together what it means to live from presence and from the heart, not as an idea but as a lived experience in the body. Please leave all ideas of who you think you are at the door, as well as all facades and identifications.

What to Bring:
Bring only what supports you in being present.

  • A notebook or journal to track insights and questions, though your full open-hearted presence is more important than intellectual tracking.
  • Water.
  • Comfortable clothing.
  • Most importantly, bring a willingness to meet yourself and others in honesty. Bring humility, leave any goals or agendas at home.

NOTES: previous awareness of & experience in the Work of self-inquiry will support you deeply here and is encouraged, but not necessary to attend circle.
If the work of self-inquiry is new to you, please show up deeply open in your heart to this space, without any expectations.

LOCATION: location will be shared privately to those who join.
