Classes will be ongoing every Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm
Meet us in the grassy area at Waipuilani Park (Behind Maui Sunset) There is a parking lot on Waipuilani Rd. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move, stretch, and bend in. These are standing exercises that can be done with bare feet or soft sole shoes.
Donation based classes. Accepting cash, Venmo, and all credit cards.
