This group is for anyone who wants to develop their leadership potential, deepen their influence, and connect with others on the same journey of personal growth — all through the timeless principles of John C. Maxwell’s classic books.
Each week, we’ll meet for a guided Mastermind session where we’ll discuss one chapter of the book of choice and explore how to apply Maxwell’s leadership lessons to our own lives and careers. You’ll have the opportunity to share your reflections, favorite quotes, and real-life applications — while learning from the experiences and insights of others.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader, an emerging professional, or simply someone seeking personal growth, this group offers a safe, encouraging, and faith-inspired space to grow together.
What to Expect
-- Participants are responsible for purchasing their own copy of the book of choice by John C. Maxwell.
-- A Mastermind Participant Guide will be provided to help structure our discussions.
-- We’ll meet virtually, weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30PM to 7:45PM Central Time
Come prepared to share your takeaways — a favorite quote, a story that stood out, or one way you’ll apply the lesson to your life. And if you don’t finish the chapter, come anyway! Growth happens in community, not perfection.

In times of growth, uncertainty, or transition, leadership often requires balancing the pressure to act with the wisdom to pause.
On March 26, I’ll be hosting the next Integral Path Learning Lab, an interactive session exploring how thoughtful leaders develop sound judgment when facing complex decisions.
Together we’ll explore:
• When to act, when to wait, and when to adapt
• How leaders assess context and recognize patterns
• How to respond to change in ways that are both strategic and humaneThis isn’t a lecture or seminar. Learning Labs are small, interactive gatherings designed for conversation, reflection, and practical insight.
You don’t need to currently lead a team to participate—anyone interested in developing their leadership judgment is welcome.
