Strategic Judgment in Times of Change – Part 2: Shaping Outcomes Intentionally
Details
Strategic Judgment in Times of Change - Leadership Learning Lab
How do good leaders make decisions when the path forward isn’t clear?
In times of growth, uncertainty, or transition, leadership often requires balancing the pressure to act with the wisdom to pause.
On April 16, I’ll be hosting the next Integral Path Learning Lab, an interactive session exploring how thoughtful leaders develop sound judgment when facing complex decisions.
This is Part 2 of a Two-Part Series on Strategic Judgment in Times of Change: Shaping Outcomes Intentionally
Together we’ll explore:
• When to act, when to wait, and when to adapt
• How leaders assess context and recognize patterns
• How to respond to change in ways that are both strategic and humane
This isn’t a lecture or seminar. Learning Labs are small, interactive gatherings designed for conversation, reflection, and practical insight.
You don’t need to currently lead a team to participate—anyone interested in developing their leadership judgment is welcome.
You can expect:
- A live strategy exercise where you’ll make real-time decisions
- Small-group discussions that sharpen your thinking
- Practical frameworks you can apply immediately
This lab is a great fit if you:
- Are navigating growth, change, or uncertainty
- Make decisions that impact others
- Want to think more strategically and act more intentionally
🥗 Lunch will be provided by our sponsor, Local Bank, who will also share a few practical financial tools available to support small businesses.
Space is limited. To register for this event, and for more information, click HERE!
