Exploring vulnerability, healing, and what actually creates lasting connection.
Co-Hosts: Vin & Margarita

Many of our deepest conversations begin with vulnerability.
But is sharing our pain enough to create genuine intimacy?
Sometimes we leave a conversation feeling deeply connected. Other times, we realize we only shared difficult experiences without really getting to know each other.
At this month's MBTI NYC meetup, we'll explore the difference between connecting through shared struggles and connecting through personal growth.
Together we'll discuss questions like:
• When does vulnerability deepen a relationship, and when can it become oversharing?
• Is sharing your trauma enough to create intimacy?
• What's the difference between saying, "This happened to me," and, "Here's how it changed me?"
• Can two people build a lasting relationship if the main thing they share is their pain?
This isn't about finding the "right" answer.
It's about hearing different perspectives, reflecting on your own experiences, and understanding how different personality types approach vulnerability and connection.
