Retake the MBTI test and answer the questions with the qualities you admire.

The topic will revolve around decision-making, incorporating sensing-focused, intuition-focused, thinking-focused, and feeling-focused prompts that invite you to explore individual preferences and collective dynamics.

We will start off with an icebreaker and a conversation starter for the first half hour, then break off into small groups to discuss the prompts. After 30 minutes, we will mix up the groups, allowing you to speak with new people.

Conversation starter: How is MBTI useful or not useful? Why?

Come ready to share, listen, laugh a little, and maybe challenge the way your type is usually described. Pre-requisite: Must be familiar with your MBTI type. (Take any online MBTI test and become familiar with your type description.)
