Come join me for a relaxed, guided meditation session in McCarren Park. This is a great way to unwind, connect with others, and bring some more mindfulness to your week. I’ll be leading a simple, three part Metta- (loving-kindness) inspired mediation, followed by a chance to share about your experience and socialize.
Please bring your own blanket, towel, or mat to sit on. I will be bringing some extra, but have a limited amount of extra seating. Also bring anything else you might need to feel comfortable sitting for about 45 minutes. I want you to feel relaxed and supported during this experience.
We are donation-based so, if you have the financial ability to do so and have benefitted from these events, a small donation is greatly appreciated and ensures that we can continue to host these events in the future. No one will ever be turned away from an event for not being able to donate!
