Black Girls on the Mend

Has life been hard recently? Do you feel like you’re always dealing with something? Do you need a safe space to decompress, be heard, seen and validated? Well, we have the space for you!

Black Girls on the Mend is a therapeutic process group taking place in our beautiful Wyncote, PA office led by Aspen McMillan, MA. In this group, you will:

• Learn stress management and positive coping skills
• Have a safe and confidential space to decompress, process, and learn more about yourself
• Receive support from like minded sisters
• Develop resilience and self love

In order to maintain a safe, therapeutic space, this group is solely dedicated to women of the Black diaspora.
