Microservices, Containers, DevOps and Cloud Q2 2019

Details
We’re happy to invite you to our first MeetUp this year co-organized with our newest sponsor - Softchoice.
We'll be using this session to:
- Discuss proven approaches and best practices to support a scalable DevOps implementation in the enterprise setting,
- share ideas and experiences on how to make DevOps successfully part of organizations culture while operating between inter-dependant and related systems where software and teams rely on each other,
- explore Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform and its orchestration potential.
Presentation #1 - Enterprise DevOps
The challenges we encounter in enterprise environments like security, compliance and governance requirements can potentially influence DevOps initiatives in a negative way. In this presentation, we will talk about managing common DevOps adoption challenges in large enterprise. We will discuss best practices to maneuvre around the departmental silos and showcase the value of this movement for enterprise wide adoption, making DevOps a core value in the organization’s culture.
