He is the owner of Honest IT, LLC and the Creator of the BradForce YouTube Channel and BradForce SF Career Development Courses. He has been a Salesforce Consultant for over 10 years and has owned his own Salesforce Independent Consulting Business for 5 years. He understands the ins and outs of the Salesforce Consulting world. He first started his own company when he and his wife decided to have a child. He knew that he no longer wanted to work from 8am to 5pm and do all of the work while his employer made all of the money. He wanted to own his career, dictate his own schedule, decide on his own hours and be in control of his future. Freelancing has allowed him to make more money and spend more time doing what he loves.
