Living Well as We Age
Details
Join us for a welcoming and thought‑provoking half‑day event exploring what it truly means to live well as we age.
Organized by the McGill Community for Lifelong Learning (MCLL) — a non‑profit, volunteer‑based learning centre for seniors and lifelong learners, this gathering offers an opportunity to learn and connect in a friendly setting.
The morning will feature an introduction to MCLL, a keynote presentation, and a series of concurrent talks on nutrition, health, and wellness, led by experienced MCLL volunteer lecturers. Together, the sessions will explore themes of healthy aging, the impact of nutrition and the environment, and the science behind life longevity.
