No worries, you’re not alone! Over half of our attendees are first-timers, and more than 90% come along solo. Just turn up, and before you know it, you’ll feel right at home wondering why you were ever anxious in the first place!
Since starting the group, we’ve helped people connect and form lasting friendships. We’ve also supported those who might not feel comfortable in social settings to step out of their homes and meet others, and we’re proud to have assisted people dealing with mental health challenges.
