Tickets gain you entry to the Meal Prep Supper Club event. We will meal prep enough for everyone to go home with eight meals for the week.

Meal Prep Supper Club is a feel-good mix of food, friends, and a little structure for your week. I’ll plan the menu, shop for all the ingredients, and lead the meal prep. You just show up, hang out with good people, and leave with eight healthy, macro-balanced meals ready to go.

Want to jump in and help cook? Awesome. Prefer to sip, chat, and cheer from the sidelines? Perfect. Either way, you’ll head home with great food, good vibes, and a little more energy for the week ahead.

About your host: Sara Davidson is a self-made recreational athlete and recovering sweet tooth. Raised in the Midwest, where “healthy habits” meant finishing your plate and chasing it with Kool-Aid, she learned early that wellness isn’t always intuitive. What started as curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion for health, movement, and longevity. That passion fueled a 20-year military career, a role with a leading human performance brand, and ultimately, the creation of her own consulting firm. Today, she’s the Founder of BloomBig, a Human-Centered Systems and Design Consulting Firm that helps small business owners build systems, cultures, and processes around what matters most: people.

Today, Sara brings a grounded, relatable approach to the Meal Prep Supper Club, combining what she’s learned from high-performance environments with a real-world understanding of what it means to just want to feel better, eat well, and have fun doing it. Her goal? To gather good people, share good food, and make healthy living something we actually look forward to.
