At this Sunday service at Unity, we’ll explore a powerful and often misunderstood spiritual practice from Lessons in Truth by Emilie Cady: Denials.
In Unity teachings, a denial is not about negativity or pretending problems don’t exist. Instead, it is a courageous spiritual act—withdrawing our belief from thoughts and appearances that do not reflect the truth of Spirit.
Sometimes transformation begins with a sacred No:

• No to fear that says we are limited
• No to old stories that tell us we are not enough
• No to beliefs that keep us small

When we release what is false, something powerful happens.
We create space for a deeper Yes—yes to divine possibility, yes to spiritual freedom, and yes to the presence of God expressing in and through our lives.
This inspiring Sunday message will explore how the practice of denials can help us release limiting beliefs, reclaim our spiritual authority, and open our lives to greater peace, strength, and possibility.
