In this conversation we will explore questions like:

  • What beliefs about ourselves might be holding us back?
  • How do we lovingly release fear, shame, and limitation?
  • What happens when we stop giving power to old stories about who we are?

Sometimes spiritual transformation begins not with affirmation, but with the courage to say:

  • No to fear
  • No to limitation
  • No to the belief that we are anything less than divine

And in that sacred No, we discover a deeper Yes—to our true nature, to freedom, and to the presence of Spirit within us.
