Dear all,

Meat Free HK meetup #471. The wonderful Oriental Vegetarian have again offered us a generously discounted all-vegan feast. Cost per person is 100 hkd (cash only please).

a) Those attending please tick the box for ‘Going’.

b) We politely request changing ‘Going’ to ‘Not Going’ by anyone unable to attend who previously responds ‘Going’ to this event. Spaces are limited and consideration for others is appreciated. We similarly respectfully request anyone bringing a guest(s) updates the +1, +2 etc in their response should your number of intended guests change

c) To help focus on intended attendance status, anyone who 'no shows' with a 'Going’ status will regrettably be banned for 1 month from the group

d) To help us accurately order the correct amount of food with some promptness based on numbers that show up, a cut off time will operate. Regrettably anyone arriving more than 15 mins late will lose their space in the booking and the seat released back to the restaurant for walk in customers. Carrie & I are targeting arriving approx 20 mins before the stated start time to start checking in early arrivers.

e) Attendees are requested to leave all ordering to be done by the organisers for the group (anyone ordering directly from restaurant staff will respectfully be asked to pay for this directly on ordering)

f) Anyone bringing children aged 12 or under, please message me directly to discuss. We can then liaise with each restaurant individually re their child policy to manage the specifics for each event. Unless pre-agreed via us in advance all attendees are expected to pay the full price quoted in this invite.

We hope you understand all the above helps us and our working with the restaurant for everyone's benefit (e.g. budgeting, releasing seats from the reservation, prompter food ordering). We very warmly look forward to seeing those who attend.
