Details

The Total Body Revolution will be in two parts. The first part will discuss how a carnivore diet can totally alter your life in many beneficial ways. I’ll also discuss the difference between grass-fed and grass-finished beef. In the second part, at a later date, we will talk about how workouts can be simple and time-efficient, how to help your body use your own fat for fuel, and how to build muscle at the same time.
