Found this by accident, helpful to see what the price actually is. We do not sell by hanging weight, the meat is dry-aged, looses quite a bit of the hanging weight that way. With us you pay for the actual weight of the meat you get, on the other hand we weigh the meat in the plastic adds a little, only way we can do it. But look this over, helpful to see what you are really paying.
