We warmly invite you to join us for collective meditations and inner growth.
Through meditating together, we aim to deepen our spiritual journey—supporting not only our spiritual well-being but also our mental, emotional, and physical balance.

Our sessions are based on Sahaja Yoga meditation, a simple and natural method that helps us connect with our inner Self. Over time, we will explore the subtle energy system within us and support one another in personal and spiritual development.
