Great Teams Need Great Managers. Are You Ready to Be One?
Every day, managers solve difficult problems, turn organisations around and achieve astonishing performance. To be successful, every organisation needs good managers, and that includes teams across Perth.
The nature of management is changing. Managers are now asked to do more with less, engage whole employees, see change rather than stability as natural, and inspire vision.
A one-day, highly interactive course that gives new managers a foundation to grow and gives existing managers the chance to review their current skills and build on their performance. With activities, discussions and exercises throughout, you’ll learn to motivate and coordinate others and set up the conditions that help your team perform well.
What Changes After One Day
It’s Monday morning, deadlines are stacking up, and a performance conversation can’t wait. Instead of scrambling, you prioritise, delegate and give clear feedback with confidence.
You’ll walk away able to:

  • Use a framework for effective management
  • Set goals, objectives, strategy and KPIs
  • Prioritise and organise your work effectively
  • Create employee engagement
  • Motivate and monitor your staff

Target Audience
Anyone in a management or leadership role, from new managers building a foundation to existing managers who want to review and build on their current skills. Available in classroom, virtual or in-house formats.
