An outdoor walking-based cardio/agility group designed for active agers who are confident on their feet, combining low-impact cardio, strength, and agility exercises. Boost endurance, balance, and muscle tone in a personal-trainer-led safe and social environment. * Must be able to safely walk a mile without mobility devices.
