We meet at Holmes Park every Tuesday at 10 a.m. There are usually between 4-8 people attending. We start with a warm-up, walk, and then increase heart rate with easy movements--all of which can be modified. All ages welcome. Led by a personal trainer. Cardio is top-tier for increased longevity. After the first class, it's $7/class with a punch card; buy 10 classes, use any time.
