Making an OpenAI custom GPT has been on my list of things to do for a bit to scale my productivity.

I finally got around to creating a custom GPT that makes synthetic data for an ER patient visit and wanted to share how I made it, so you can too.

Background: I find myself wanting to test out AI tools (like ICD-10 autosuggest) but don't have "fake" data at hand. So I set about creating this GPT to create synthetic data. Obviously you can do other things as well.
