A team of small agents: from small models to powerful agents
Medical AI presents a unique challenge: powerful AI capabilities need to work with complex clinical data, while sensitive patient information often needs to remain within the hospital environment.

At this MeDS Club, Ori Alcalay, a Stealth Co-Founder, will present an alternative to relying on a single large model: building a medical analytics agent from a team of smaller, specialized models. We will explore how different models can work together across structured and unstructured clinical data, how such a system can operate locally, and why evaluating each component—not only the final answer—is critical when building AI for healthcare.
