Join us for a special screening of Conquering Breast Cancer, bringing together Brisbane’s medical and healthcare community for an evening of connection, conversation and an important look at the future of breast cancer care in Australia.
Conquering Breast Cancer is a compelling social impact film that asks an important question: can Australia rise to the challenge of conquering breast cancer.
Breast cancer is currently the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia. While survival rates have improved significantly, there is still important work to be done.
Through powerful stories from survivors, advocates and leading experts, the film explores the progress being made in breast cancer prevention, detection and treatment, alongside the challenges that remain in ensuring breast cancer becomes survivable for everyone.
