In the Fall of 2025, I received a stage IV metastatic cancer diagnosis, I entered my medical retirement/apply for disability/unemployment phase! I certainly cannot be alone in this weird limbo, all your friends have jobs, my husband is working either at home or in the office, an occasional free lunch on a company is great, but I'm not interested in office politics, networking, explaining why I am not working. I want to find people who are in the same boat. I'm looking for elder millennials, millennials, and young Gen X also not working because of a medical issue.
