Feeling drawn to something deeper? Join us for a peaceful, guided journey into your inner world. Whether you’re curious about your life’s path, seeking clarity, or simply looking to relax—this experience is designed for you. This class is great for both beginners or advanced meditators.
You can bring your own supplies for comfort (eye shades, pillow, blanket, etc.) or you can use some at the studio. I recommend also bringing water and your journal.
This is a free community class, however, donations are happily accepted or you can use your Yoga Ray punch card.
