Shamanic Journeywork for Beginners

Shamanic Journeywork is at the core of a Shamanic practice. It is where we go to meet with our power animals, spirit guides, ancestors, and teachers. We work with journeying to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. In this workshop, we will be experiencing three shamanic journeys that will take us on an adventure into the shamanic realm for exploration and healing.

This class is great for both beginners and those with experience in guided meditation or shamanic journeywork.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, and pillow for your comfort.

Cost is $25 and must be paid in advance to hold your spot.
