Welcome to this space for presence, nature, and conscious practices.
This is a community of people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and practice mindfulness in nature.
Our primary events take place by the river, where we practice meditation and other contemplative techniques while immersed in nature. The rhythm of water, fresh air, and open space creates a powerful environment for presence, clarity, and inner balance.
Practices may include:
• Meditation & mindfulness
• Breathwork & relaxation practices
• Tapping (EFT) for stress release
• Flow and focus practices
• Gentle movement and nature-based meditation
When weather doesn’t allow outdoor gatherings, we also host online events, including Tapping Circles and Flow sessions, so the community can continue practicing together.
