Session II: Mind and Mantra. Yoga postures and meditation techniques for health, flexibility, serenity and spiritual enrichment. Bring a towel or mat and wear loose clothing. Chair and blocks are available to help you ease into various positions. Eight week cycle through September, but drop-ins are welcome. Find us in the small “Ed Building” behind the new church building. RSVP if you can. Advertising this course through other venues, so teacher Rick Davidson will be there even if Meet Up responses are few.
