This brief beginner-friendly retreat will include simple guided meditations that help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships through cherishing others. Meditation offers many benefits including relaxation, reduced stress and tension, and greater peace of mind. Learn some simple meditation techniques and how to get started with your practice. This retreat is great for beginners and anyone who wants to improve their experience of meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.
