To help us do this Buddha taught a cycle of contemplations called Lamrim, or the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, which serve to transform our mind from its limited, self-centred and often unhappy state into the infinitely blissful and altruistic enlightened mind. This series of classes is an introduction to this cycle.
