Imagining a New You
with Kadampa Teacher Mike Racadio
Thursdays, January 8-29 • 6:00-7:00pm

What if lasting change didn’t require becoming someone else—but learning to see yourself differently?

In this inspiring series, we explore how Buddhist meditation helps us reshape the way we experience ourselves and our lives. According to Buddha’s teachings, our identity is not fixed; it is shaped moment by moment by our thoughts, intentions, and habits of mind. By learning to imagine—and gently cultivate—a wiser, more peaceful version of ourselves, we can begin to let go of limiting self-views and create meaningful inner change, leading us to become the person we truly want to be.
