Meditate with a Buddhist monk
L'Échappée, 13 rue du Pont Louis-Philippe 75004, Paris, FROur first meditation at L'Échappée, a new public space in the heart of Paris. We will have Bhante Sanathavihari, a Buddhist monk from California leading the meditation. We will meditate for at least 30 minutes and will have time for questions and answers and some introductory teachings about meditation, mindfulness and Buddhism. The teachings and guidance will be in English with some ancient Pail words. All are welcome. The teachings are offered freely. Donations are welcomed and will go to L'Échappée.
