In todays very fast world, this meditation is a reminder and practise to slow down, calm and relax the nervous system, so we may live with space and easy ness, so we may hold our heavy emotions with loving kindness and collaborate with the world, as urged by Buddhist monk, Ani Pema Chodron.

This is a safe space for respectful and kind discussion toward self and others.
