Our human body is always breathing- most times we are completely unaware of this on going process. Noticing how we breathe brings us into the present moment and allows us to bring awareness to this constant process. In this meditation we will breathe with the ocean waves as they move to the shore and ebb away from the shore, always repeating, never the same.

This is a safe space for respectful and kind discussion toward self and others.
