Suitable for everyone, these meditation classes offer practical methods to improve the quality of our lives through meditation and Buddhist teachings. Each class is available by drop in.

Enjoy some basic breathing meditation, a brief Buddhist teaching, and follow-up meditation all geared at increasing our peace of mind and giving us tools to keep that peace of mind going in our busy daily life.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is needed.
