New and experienced meditators are welcome. We will start with direct guidance to begin the practice and allow time to experience the silence of meditation on your own. There will be time at the end for your questions regarding meditation practice.

You may stay on for a potluck meal at 11:00 am. Welcome to bring a dish to share.

This is followed by Sutta Study program from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.

We meet outdoors in the Dhammadharini Monastery Garden in the Sala Pavillion, as long as conducive weather lasts.
