Get the weekend started right with this super chill drop-in meditation session on Saturday mornings. Everyone is welcome. There isn't any instruction - we just sit and meditate for a while, then we get up and do a little walking meditation, and then wrap it up with more seated meditation. If you haven't meditated before, feel free to arrive a little early and ask for pointers from your fellow meditators. We're all eager to help!

**You do not have to RSVP to attend.** This event brings together members of the Lion's Roar Dharma Center and the broader Sacramento community, including us Meetup people. It's nice if you do RSVP, but it's not required. You can totally just show up and it's fine.
