Meditation guidance and Buddhist teachings, at whatever level suits each meeting's attendees.
The Vihara's usual schedule:
- Occasional Tuesday 6pm teachings, watch for notifications
- 10:30am Wednesdays (both in-person & online)
- 7:00pm Thursdays (In-person only)
- 2:00pm Saturdays (both)
