DELAY TO 4:00PM In-Person, Zoom (Sat 2pm) Meditate with the Monk

Ayya will be hosting the neighborhood association's noon block party, so the teaching is delayed from 2pm to 4pm.

At 2 pm Saturdays join us for a calming and uplifting ½ hour or more of silent meditation. After meditation Ayya Sudhamma regularly teaches (at appx 2:45pm) on Buddhist scriptures, with lecture and discussion; welcome to either stay for this teaching or to take your leave after meditation.

The Vihara's usual weekly schedule:

• Occasional Tuesday 6pm teachings, watch for notifications
• 10:30am Wednesdays (both in-person & online)
• 7:00pm Thursdays (In-person only)
• 2:00pm Saturdays (both)
