Why meditate on a full moon day?
The moon has an effect on water and our body is approximately 70% water. It is very good to meditate on a full moon day as it rejuvenates our body and mind.
What we'll do
You've heard that meditation is good for your health and well being. Not sure where to begin or how to quiet the mind? Or maybe you just can't seem to build and commit to a daily practice? Then this session is for you! Come join us and learn how to meditate from an expert. It's FREE :).
What to bring
Water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing (we do very gentle stretches to loosen the body)
