Meditation is magical and has countless benefits. It helps relax the mind, and reduce anxiety, worry and stress. It connects us to an indestructible source of natural peace within our mind. Through meditation we can free ourselves from mental pain.
In this gentle meditation retreat we will be guided in meditations and practical teachings that help us understand the the reasons we experience the mental pain of anxiety and worry and practical methods to reduce it through contemplation and meditation.
This retreat is open to everyone including complete beginners to meditation. Attendees will be able to use the practices in everyday life.
Your Retreat Guide Ian McGlade, with years of retreat and teaching experience, has the skill of sharing ancient and profound Buddhist Meditations and practices with humour and a light touch, making them easy to understand and practice.
