Introducing meditation

A series short guided meditation sessions support you to:
- make time for an evening reset and get back in the flow of wellbeing
- explore different ways to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind
- gather with others to gently and safely develop or reintroduce a meditation practice
You can drop-in to any of these sessions - I simply ask for a small donation of £1 per session which can be sent via PayPal to paypal.me/meditatingwitholga. If these short taster sessions work for you, you are welcome to join my longer Sunday morning sessions (which are every three weeks).

The next 7 weeks will be:
- 15th May : Box breathing, also known as square breathing, a powerful stress reliever which heightens concentration and calm.
- 22nd May: Pausing the breath: Blending breathing with visualization, a deeply calming meditation with a holiday vibe.
- 29th May: Yogic breathing, a breathing technique with tremendous benefits for calming the mind (especially if you like numbers)
- 5th June: A visualisation that reenergises and replenishes
- 12th June: A mantra meditation- an age old way to calm the mental chatter
- 19th June: A body scan mindfulness exercise to learn to be in the present moment.
- 26th June: A metta meditation, a Buddhist practice for cultivating an attitude of loving-kindness

Introducing meditation
