This group meets weekly. Each participant is responsible for their own spiritual journey. People with no faith, people done with religion, people from any religious background, are welcome. We welcome people who are tired or just stressed out and want moments of silence. We welome people who are fed up with religion but want to pursue spiritual goals.

The weekly meetings begin by focusing on brief spiritual writings - Thich Nat Hahn, Steven Charleston, Mary Oliver, and Rumi are some we have read. Then we listen to five minutes of chanting to relax our bodies. This is followed by 20 minutes of silence - each participant brings their own practice to this meditation time. Then we have a prayer circle around aur candle when people silently offer prayers for themselves and others. The rest of our time is spent sharing life experiences. We limit our time together to one hour. People are free to leave earlier.
